Warranty

Your item has a warranty from the date of purchase from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. We shall repair or replace free of cost any defective cookware.

If you experience any problem under the warranty you should return  our product   along with the proof of purchase. please write to us at gemmacookware@gmail.com or  Call 8504023095 / 7976541716

If a repair is not possible and a replacement is necessary and the original specification is not available, it may be necessary to replace the item with a product of similar value. Please note in that  case of a cookware set only the faulty item will be replaced.

 The warranty does not cover Rusting because Rusting is not defect. If you don't maintain properly in accordance with the care Instruction. Cast Iron Cookware may be Rusted.

Note:- For Claim Warranty you should return the Product at our Company address as mentioned below. Both side Shipping charges are applied from Customer Side.
